The traceroute tool is typically used to diagnose interruptions/disruptions in data transmission and determine where in the chain the issue occurred. This IPv4 or IPv6 traceroute tool is unique in that it allows you to test from different locations. This allows you to quickly determine if packet loss or unexpected latency is only present over a particular connection.
